 Steven is a professional process and mechanical engineer and project manager who has over 14 years experience in the oil and gas industry.  He has worked for various sized engineering companies, as well as producers on multiple projects.  A detail oriented and action focused leader whose aim is adding efficiency and value for clients. He has been the lead engineer on projects valued at over $100MM and has experience working on various projects, including gas plants, compressor stations, water injection facilities, well pads, pipelines, debottlenecking and waste heat recovery. 

Nathan is a professional process and mechanical engineer who has over 17 years experience in the EPCM and industrial refrigeration industry, including the last six years managing a team of engineers as chief engineer.  Driven to build and contribute to strong teams, he has been part of more than 80 teams as an athlete, coach and engineer.  He is passionate about finding innovative process solutions to create value for clients.  A lead engineer on projects valued at over $150MM, he has managed a team engineering over $500MM in project value. He has experience working on various projects, including gas plants, compressor stations, oil batteries, injection facilities, debottlenecking, food plants, arenas and waste heat recovery systems.

Nathan is an Olympian and brings his consistency, discipline, focus, work ethic and grit to the team.  

Experienced Partner with a demonstrated history of success in the engineering industry. Possessing strong skills in drafting coordination, project management, and multi-discipline coordination, this individual brings almost three decades of expertise in overseeing complex design projects from inception to completion. Their background includes managing internal design teams, overseeing external contractors, and ensuring project progression and quality control. Proficient in CAD software and boasting extensive experience in drafting and design across various industries, they excel in leading teams to deliver high-quality results while meeting project deadlines and exceeding client expectations. 

 Eric is a senior design draftsman and drafting project manager with over 25 years experience in the oil and gas industry.  He has been the lead designer as well as multi-discipline coordinator on a variety of domestic and international projects valued at over $150MM. A modular design specialist with a high attention to detail who has helped create innovative value added designs for clients. He is experienced in all aspects of the design and drafting of various types and sizes of projects, including gas plants, compressor stations, oil batteries, SAGD CPF and well pads, ASP floods and pipelines.
